STRENGTH

We believe that “More is not better, Better is better.” (Dr. Hanele).

Too many men over 49 years old are stuck in the past. Does this sound familiar? “ I use to bench 300 lbs”, “I use to run a 6-minute mile”, “ My sex drive was through the roof”, “ I hand energy for days”.   Although these statements may have been true for when you are in your 20s, 30s and maybe early 40s. To be honest, those days are in the past and it’s time to regain your health, fitness, libido, and mental focus as an “Older Gentleman” with Robinson’s Theory.

Our Method combines proper warm-ups, cool downs, balance drills, calisthenics, weights, resistance bands, and kettlebells all in a 30-45-minute session 3 to 4 times per week. So stop reminiscing about the past and start being present creating the best representation of yourself. Remember, the key is Moderation!

NUTRITION

Believe it or not, your diet has a more positive effect on your body than working out. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not advocating one over the other. A bad diet can dictate potential disease, low testosterone, lack of mental focus, muscle, and bone deterioration. Robinson’s Theory is committed to a Whole food plant-based diet based on scientific studies that have shown how eating a Whole Foods Plant-based diet can greatly improve your overall health and decrease your chances of developing many diseases.

We understand it is not always easy getting out of your comfort zone but we are here to help you each step of the way until you can Soar on your own.

MENTAL FOCUS / BREATHING

Mental focus is the ability to concentrate on something and think critically, achieving new goals, performing across a wide variety of situations. Think of your mind as a muscle and like you biceps and chest muscles, it must be used to stay in shape.

We do this with a variety of mental (brain) exercises and deep breathing techniques.

LIBIDO

Libido is a sensitive subject for most men at any age. In many cases, low testosterone can play a major factor in the loss of libido in men. Testosterone is a powerful hormone. It is directly connected to building muscle, sex drive, energy levels, and sperm production. Symptoms of Low Testosterone can include loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, depression, and infertility.  Men start losing testosterone around age 30. By the time you’re 50 years old your T levels can drop over 25% depending on your lifestyle. Robinson’s Theory will develop a comprehensive plan to help you regain your Libido using herbs, vitamins, diet, exercise, and mental focus.

SLEEP

Unfortunately, many older men often get less sleep than they need. Older men who have poor nighttime sleep are more likely to have a depressed mood, attention and memory problems, and excessive daytime sleepiness. Poor sleep is also associated with a poorer quality of life.

FLEXIBILITY

The fact remains. The more flexible you are, the more function you can get from your muscles. Being more flexible helps, with your posture, walking, sitting, and exercise.

MENTAL HEALTH

As we age depression/anxiety can set in for a number of reasons. Lack of work, Loss of income and loved ones, illness and chronic pain just to name a few. Men are less likely to recognize or acknowledge Mental Health issues. Seeking help Counseling or therapy is the first step to combating this growing issue among older men.
